The Trimble SPS930 Series Universal Total Station provides the highest possible degree of accuracy for construction site positioning, stakeout, measurement and machine control. It’s ideal for surveyors working on smaller construction sites or combined with GNSS on larger sites.
It can also handle tasks where the accuracy requirements are very tight or measuring dangerous or inaccessible locations. High precision machine control and guidance allows for measuring structure layouts, foundations, caissons, piles and tunnels to create as-built records and grade checks on laid material.
The SPS930 uses Trimble DR Standard long-range reflectorless EDM technology for single-shot measurements and operates with TSC3 controller or Trimble Tablet running the SCS900 Site Controller Software.
SPS Universal Total Stations are available in two models, depending on the level of functionality needed:
Robotic, One-person Operation
It measures the position of the target and reports that position information via radio link to the controller so there is no need for a second person to complete tasks.
UTS, One-person Operated and Machine Control
UTS capability reliably tracks a machine target and passes the positioning information from the total station to earthmoving machine as quickly and accurately as possible

Delivery Policy
- Local deliveries will be made by our own fleet to addresses within 2-3 hours of our depots – this covers most of England and Wales.
- We’ll also deliver outside of the UK, using national couriers (UPS).
- Costs for delivery are depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
- All packages are securely and safely packaged, typically using recycled packaging from our suppliers.
- If the item is in stock it will be delivered within 2-3 working days
- If an item is out of stock it will be delivered within 5-10 working days – any longer and we will contact you to advise and confirm a revised delivery date.

Refund Policy
- We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us we will be happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us unused, undamaged and fully resale able within 10 working days of receipt by the customer. The cost of returning any goods other than faulty goods is paid by the customer.
- The customer is liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customers part.
- If goods are returned to us after 14 working days or not in a fully resale able condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge.
What are the differences between the models SPS 620, 720, and 930?
Each model is perfect for smaller site operations and use the same Trimble DR Standard long-range reflector-less EDM technology. However, the SPS 930 in particular has 1 inch accuracy making it the most accurate total station on the market.
Can the SPS 930 Total Station be used for larger-scale projects?
When combined with the use of GNSS equipment, the Trimble SPS 930 can provide accuracy over longer distances and is suitable for larger projects.
What software can I use with the Trimble SPS 930 Total Station?
The SPS930 is compatible with Trimble controller or tablet running SCS900/siteworks.
